If cooling has stopped, keep the doors shut and move perishable food to other cold storage. Use an appliance thermometer; never taste food to test it.
These checks help you describe the fault; they do not replace an inspection.
Identify the type: no-frost (no visible ice, internal fan) or defrost (a rear cooling plate that frosts lightly, then melts).
Check the setting: Premier Digital uses its touch screen; other series have a thermostat dial whose numbers are not degrees.
Doors and vents: nothing should hold a door open, and no-frost air vents must stay clear.
Pick the closest description. Causes are possibilities, not a diagnosis.
Frozen food is solid, but the lower section is warm.
Cold air comes from the freezer by fan; a defrost fault icing the evaporator, a dead fan or a blocked duct look alike.
Clear the air vents and check the doors. Never chip at ice: a punctured evaporator leaks refrigerant.
Tests fan, defrost heater, thermal fuse, sensors and duct; unplugging for a day only hides the fault.
Both sections warm; the running sound has stopped, or it clicks every few minutes.
Power supply, thermostat or control board, compressor start components, then the sealed system. A lit lamp does not mean the compressor runs.
Note whether the screen and lamp work and whether it clicks. Do not keep replugging it.
Tests supply, relay, overload and compressor current. On inverter models (KH690LN/15, KH625LN/15) the inverter board is checked before the compressor.
Ice on the freezer's back wall or round the door, sticking drawers, ice back weeks after defrosting.

On Almaza, Morgana, Crystal and sister models: thick ice on the cooling plate, frozen vegetables, a compressor that never stops.
A thermostat that never cuts out, the coldest setting or a slack gasket. Manually defrosting the freezer compartment is normal.
Use a middle setting; defrost the freezer unplugged, door open, no sharp tools.

No. In no-frost models, most 'freezer works, fridge doesn't' complaints come from airflow or defrosting, with the sealed circuit intact.
The circuit is sealed: refrigerant is not used up. A low charge means a leak, found and repaired before recharging.
Type and charge: read them from the nameplate; Kiriazi does not publish the refrigerant type on its product pages.
Opening the circuit, brazing and recharging are for a qualified technician with vacuum equipment.
We have not found a model-specific official code table in the sources reviewed. Send the display and model-label photos; a code alone does not identify a failed part.

A 450 L Zomorroda defrost heater differs from a 690 L Premier's, so parts are chosen by the model code. Ask about source, compatibility, price and warranty. Original or compatible parts are checked per request, not guaranteed for every model.
Keep the fridge at 4°C or below and the freezer near -18°C; check with an appliance thermometer.
Leave ventilation space, away from the cooker and direct sun.
Keep no-frost air vents clear; on defrost models keep bags off the rear cooling plate.
